Our story begins with that of our passionate and curious chef, who has over 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry. After training in hospitality in Albertville, he honed his expertise in a variety of establishments, from brasseries and bistros to the finest gourmet restaurants.
His rich and diverse background has allowed him to hone his craft and explore all facets of cuisine. In 2020, he took over the reins of Wood La Cantine Gourmande, having added his own touch as chef, bringing new energy and a unique vision to offer our guests a memorable culinary experience.
